When the Darkness Subsides

I'm not usually drawn to darker colors, but I tried something different (for me) with these alcohol inks. I used black, brown, white, silver and gold and and am so pleased with the result. I was in a bit of a down mood that day but after looking at it later, felt that it still had an uplifting nature to it.
